VIP Airport Fast Track and Lounges in Vietnam: Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang and Phu Quoc

Immigration queues at Vietnam's busiest airports can easily swallow an hour or more at peak times, which is not how anyone wants to begin a luxury holiday. VIP airport fast track and lounge services solve that: a dedicated agent meets you, escorts you through a priority lane and hands you over to your chauffeur. This guide explains how fast track works at Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang and Phu Quoc, and how to combine it with a private car.

What VIP fast track includes

  • Meet and greet: an airport representative waits with a name sign, usually right after you leave the aircraft or before the immigration hall.

  • Priority immigration: you are escorted to a dedicated fast-track lane instead of the general queue. Many providers offer a standard fast-track lane and a premium option using the lanes normally reserved for crew and officials.

  • Departure fast track: help with check-in, a priority lane through exit immigration and, on premium options, priority security screening.

  • Lounge access: often sold separately or as a package. Fast track alone does not always include a lounge.

Fast track has to be registered with the airport in advance with your passport and flight details, so it cannot be bought on arrival. Book at least 24 to 48 hours before you fly.

Ho Chi Minh City: Tan Son Nhat (SGN)

Tan Son Nhat is Vietnam's busiest airport, and international arrivals in the early morning and late evening are often the most crowded. Fast track here is available for both arrivals and departures, with standard and VIP lane options. For departures, the airport operator SASCO runs the Rose Business Lounge, which reopened after a major redesign with Airport Dimensions, and a membership programme for frequent travellers. Long Thanh, the new airport for the Ho Chi Minh City region, is due to open to commercial flights around the end of 2026, so check which airport your flight uses.

Hanoi: Noi Bai (HAN)

At Noi Bai, fast track is offered for international arrivals and departures with a regular fast-track lane or a premium lane for an even quicker passage. Premium arrival packages can also include help with visa-on-arrival paperwork, buggy transfers within the terminal and luggage assistance. It is especially worth booking for families with young children, senior travellers and anyone connecting straight to Ha Long Bay or Ninh Binh.

Da Nang (DAD) and Phu Quoc (PQC)

Da Nang has fast-track arrival services similar to Hanoi, which makes it easy to land and be in your Hoi An or Da Nang beach resort within the hour. At Phu Quoc and other resort airports, meet-and-assist options vary by season and airline, so we confirm what is available for your exact flight.

Tips for a truly seamless VIP arrival

  • Sort your entry first: fast track speeds up immigration but is not a visa. Apply for your e-visa or check your exemption before you fly.

  • Share your flight number so the agent and driver can track delays.

  • Pair fast track with a private chauffeur: the agent walks you to the curb where your car is already waiting, with cold towels and water.

  • Departing? Leave enough time for check-in even with fast track, and add lounge access for long-haul flights home.
